Val is a third-generation entrepreneur and Ukrainian-American who immigrated to the United States in 1998. Before founding Odesa, he built and sold three companies in digital marketing and eCommerce, developing a deep understanding of what growth-stage companies need to scale their technology teams.

At Odesa, Val personally handles every discovery call, reviews every developer match, and maintains direct relationships with every client.
