How do I track my referrals?
Every partner gets a unique tracking link and access to a partner dashboard where you can see referral status, placement updates, and commission accruals in real time.
When do I get paid?
Commission is calculated monthly based on billed hours for staff augmentation or upon successful placement for recruitment. Payouts go out on the 15th of the following month via wire transfer or PayPal.
Is there a minimum referral volume?
No. Referral Partners have no minimums. Agency Partners are expected to refer at least 2 qualified introductions per quarter to maintain active status and recurring commission eligibility.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is a company in the $5M-$500M revenue range that needs one or more developers and books a discovery call with our team. The referral must be a new client not already in our pipeline.
