What payment terms does Odesa offer?
Staff augmentation is invoiced bi-weekly or monthly based on hours worked, Net 15. Recruitment fees are invoiced upon accepted offer and start date, Net 30. Custom development is billed on a milestone basis. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and credit card payments.

After you accept a matched candidate, onboarding happens within 24-48 hours. Odesa handles all contract setup, NDA execution, and compliance paperwork. A kickoff call with Val ensures alignment on expectations, communication cadence, and working hours.
