ONE CLEAR ENGAGEMENT
Expert QA for the critical paths
Expert QA for the critical paths
Expert QA for the critical paths
A working demo is
only the beginning.
AI can help you ship faster. A release still has to make sense to someone who didn’t build it.
We test the moments that matter: getting started, completing a task, recovering from an error and knowing what to do next.
The first five minutes
Can someone sign up, understand the product and get to the first useful result?
Onboarding · Navigation · Clarity
Your most important action
Can they book, subscribe, check out or finish the action your business depends on?
Checkout · Forms · Core workflows
The unexpected turn
What happens on mobile, with an invalid input, a missing field or a second attempt?
Errors · Devices · Recovery
Does it work?
Does it make sense?
Two different questions. Two complementary ways to test.
IN EVERY RELEASE CHECK
Professional QA testers
Experienced testers explore your agreed journeys, challenge assumptions and reproduce issues across the devices and browsers in scope.
- Functional and exploratory testing
- Clear steps, evidence and severity
- Expert observations on usability friction
Best for finding what breaks or gets in the way.
OPTIONAL MATCHED-USER UPGRADE
People like your customers
Watch people who match your agreed audience attempt real tasks. See what they understand, where they hesitate and what they expect.
- Five screened participants
- Recorded, task-based sessions
- Researcher-led synthesis of the patterns
Best for understanding how your audience uses it.
Professional testers provide expert judgment. Matched-user sessions add direct audience evidence.
Know what broke.
See how to fix it.
A prioritized issue report
What happened, how to reproduce it and why it matters. Functional issues and usability observations are clearly separated.
Evidence you can see
Annotated screenshots and short screen recordings where they help explain a finding. Target-user session recordings with the upgrade.
A practical readout
Walk through the findings with your QA lead. Agree what deserves attention first and what needs more investigation.
A focused retest
Send back the fixes within 14 days. We use the included retest time to check the agreed priority issues.

Not sure where your product fits?
We’ll work through the scope together.
Is this only for products built with AI?
No. The service works for AI-assisted builds, traditionally developed software and existing products with a new release. The starting package covers web products; native apps and more complex workflows receive a separate scope.
Does the $1,500 package include target users?
The starting package includes professional QA testers and a QA lead. They test functionality and provide expert usability observations. The matched-user upgrade adds five screened participants and research synthesis. We agree audience criteria and recruitment feasibility before confirming that upgrade.
Can you test a prototype or an early idea?
We can scope a usability study for an interactive prototype. Functional QA needs a working build. If you only have an idea, start with customer discovery; a QA check cannot tell you whether people will buy it.
What do you need from us to get started?
A short product brief, the journeys that matter, the intended audience and an accessible build. We agree the browser and device configurations, test accounts, safe test data and any exclusions before testing begins. Share credentials through an agreed secure channel, never through the booking form.
Will this catch every bug or certify our release?
No test can promise that. This is a focused review of the agreed journeys within the testing allowance. Your report identifies what was tested and what remains outside scope. Penetration testing, load testing, formal accessibility audits and compliance certification are not included.
How does the retest work?
Do we have to hire Odesa to make the fixes?
No. You receive a standalone report you can use with your own team. If you want help implementing changes, Odesa can provide a separate engineering proposal. Buying QA does not create an engineering commitment.
How is this different from hiring a QA engineer?
This is a managed engagement with defined coverage and deliverables. If you need a dedicated tester embedded in your team every day, Odesa’s QA and test automation staffing service is the more appropriate starting point.
