FOR EXPERIENCED TESTERS
Professional QA projects
You know how to explore a build, reproduce a bug and explain an issue clearly. Work through agreed product journeys with a QA lead.
- Manual, functional and exploratory testing
- Bug reports with steps, screenshots or recordings
- Retesting fixes within the agreed scope
- Relevant QA experience and clear written communication
Evidence you can see
Annotated screenshots and short screen recordings where they help explain a finding. Target-user session recordings with the upgrade.
FOR EVERYDAY USERS
Paid user-feedback sessions
You don’t need to code. Try a product, talk through what you expect and tell us where you get stuck. We’re interested in your honest experience.
- Task-based sessions, typically 20–30 minutes
- Screen and voice recording with your agreement
- A device, reliable internet and a quiet place to talk
- Selection based on the audience each study needs
Paid per completed session
The task, expected time and payment are explained before you accept. QA experience is not required for this path.

Protect the product
Use the agreed test accounts and follow confidentiality requirements. Keep client screens and findings out of public portfolios.

Let’s find your fit.
Start with a short profile. If your experience or audience profile fits an opportunity, the next step is screening and a clearly scoped assignment.
- No fee to apply or join
- No bank details or ID documents at this stage
- Your rate is agreed before you accept work
Joining the network does not guarantee selection, hours or earnings. Availability depends on client projects and location requirements.

Your questions,
answered.
Not sure where your product fits?
We’ll work through the scope together.
Do I need professional QA experience?
For QA projects, we look for relevant testing experience and clear bug reporting. For user-feedback sessions, coding or QA experience is not required. You need to match the study audience, follow the tasks and explain your experience clearly.
How much can I earn?
Rates depend on the role, scope and specialist knowledge needed. QA projects use an agreed rate and time allowance; user-feedback sessions have a stated session payment. You see the amount and payment terms before accepting. We do not promise a particular monthly income.
Will I get regular work?
Assignments depend on active client projects and how your skills, devices, language and location fit. Joining the network does not guarantee work. You can decide whether an offered assignment fits your availability.
Is it free to join? Are assessments paid?
There is no application or membership fee. If a QA assessment is requested, its scope and payment are agreed in advance. Short profile and study screening questions help determine fit and are not paid testing assignments.
Can I take part from anywhere?
Work is intended to be remote, but each project can have location, language, device and payment-availability requirements. Eligibility is confirmed before an assignment. This is not an offer of employment or a promise of worldwide availability.
Will my screen or voice be recorded?
Many user-feedback sessions require screen and voice recording; some QA work needs short evidence clips. Recording requirements and permitted use are explained before you accept. Close personal tabs and use the provided test data.
